We're looking for an experienced, passionate, and energetic Child Care Center Manager to lead our team with confidence, compassion, and a positive attitude. 💚 What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the center while creating a positive, supportive, and fun work environment.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor teachers to provide exceptional care and education for every child.
- Ensure compliance with all Ohio Department of Children and Youth licensing regulations and Tiny Town policies.
- Maintain appropriate staffing, classroom ratios, scheduling, and daily classroom coverage.
- Support teachers with curriculum implementation, classroom management, behavior guidance, and professional development.
- Build lasting relationships with families through excellent communication, problem-solving, and outstanding customer service.
- Welcome prospective families by conducting center tours and assisting with enrollment and onboarding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting environment throughout the center.
- Complete incident reports, licensing documentation, attendance records, and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve enrollment goals, improve center quality, and strengthen community partnerships.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.

✅ Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center is required.
- Leadership or management experience in early childhood education is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CDA, Early Childhood coursework, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ohio Department of Children and Youth licensing requirements and early childhood best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet all Ohio Department of Children and Youth employment requirements for licensed childcare programs.

💲 Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience, education, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
