Tiny Town is seeking a skilled, reliable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team. We’re looking for someone who brings strong classroom management, developmental knowledge, and a genuine love for early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily routines
- Maintain a structured, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children in building independence, problem‑solving, and social‑emotional skills
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Observe, document, and assess child progress
- Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with co‑teachers to plan activities, transitions, and classroom systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age‑appropriate practices
- Ability to manage a busy classroom with confidence and consistency
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and time management
- Experience in childcare or early education preferred
- Ability to build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
